Using the VS 603: A Step-by-step Guide
Our vacuum sealing machines provide the opportunity to cut down on food waste, save money and time in the kitchen and buy food in bulk. Plus, they are so simple to use!
Step 1: Prepare your food correctly prior to sealing. This step will vary depending on what you want to store.
Some fruits can be sealed fresh, after being washed and thoroughly dried. While others require more work, such as berries and avocadoes which need to be flash frozen first so they’re not crushed during the sealing process.

Step 2: Once your food has been prepared correctly, place it into a Pac Food micro-channel bag.
(Don’t forget to leave a couple of inches of space between the food and where it will be sealed, so the food won’t be crushed when being sealed.)
Step 3:Put the open end of the bag in the vacuum sealing area.
Step 4:Press the start button.
Step 5:Apply a small amount of pressure on the handle of the machine until you see the suction begin.

How the Vacuum Sealer Pulse Function Works:
The pulse function allows you to manually vacuum some soft or delicate foods without crushing them.
- Press thepulse button to initiate the function.
- Put the end of the bag on the vacuum sealing area.
- Press and hold the start button. Repeat as needed to extract desired amount of air.
- To finish the process, simply press the seal button.
